2nd December 2013
With effect from 2nd December 2013, Suddensource is virtualising. We find that we can now do almost everything we need to on the Cloud, so we have given up the office in Sandhurst. The office (and its telecoms services) were becoming a waste of money, and given that the offices were lacking a working alarm and a working boiler, we took the opportunity to move on to the Cloud.

12th March 2010
With effect from 1st April 2010, Suddensource is merging with Chapelfield Systems Ltd, in order to enable expansion, broaden the product portfolio, increase resource availability and provide a better service, from sales through to support.
The merged company will own the rights to two software products which are complementary, and we are looking forward to marketing them together. After the merger we will have three full time and two part time staff, and for the first year after the merger we will also be employing one of the former Directors of Chapelfield to help make the merger as smooth as possible for Chapelfield’s customers.
The merger of the two companies expands the customer base, and enhances the resources and technical skills available to support it. It provides a solid platform to move forward and expand into new areas by integrating CRMsoft and Proactis 2.
The combined business will continue to trade as Suddensource Ltd, and although Suddensource might sometimes be working out of the former Chapelfield office in Yateley, Hampshire, you can continue to call us on our published numbers. Our company registration details, bank details and VAT registration will not change.
