Client PC Requirements

All our dot Net Windows applications require your PC to be set up as follows:

You must be using Windows XP, Windows Server 2003 or later;
You must have Office 2003 or 2007 installed (not earlier versions), including MS Outlook (except for Automated Dream Import);
Office must be installed with dot net support - see below (except for Automated Dream Import);
You must have the Suddensource Prerequisites installed (this loads the dot net 2.0 framework if it's not already on your PC) - see below;

MS Office Bitness

Please note that NONE of our programs will work with the 64-bit editions of MS Office. We could build 64-bit versions, but some of the third party components we use are 32-bit only, so will not work with 64-bit Office.

Dot Net support in MS Office

Your installation of MS Office requires that certain optional components are installed on your PC. Click here to read these requirements. Note that Automated Dream Import does not require this.

Suddensource Prerequisites

Download the Suddensource Prerequisites here. These need to be unzipped on your PC or network then installed by running 'SETUP.EXE'.

If you are using Office 2013, you will need the version 5 prerequisites as well. Download them here.
